The living room is generously sized with a coat closet. Rustic wood cabinets are the highlight of the kitchen. Down the hall you'll find a spacious bathroom with a combination tub/shower. There are 2 closets in the hall with the bedroom to the right. The security deposit is typically the same amount as the rental rate and there is an administrative fee of $75 per person. Additionally, this complex is pet friendly for 1 pet, with a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Contact our leasing representative for restrictions. Refrigerator and stove are provided. No washer or dryer on-site. Utilities are the tenant's responsibility. There is a dumpster onsite for tenants to use for household trash. Parking is included, with limited guest parking available. Because of the location, a floodplain acknowledgment must be signed prior to lease signing. Alternative parking is provided during heavy rainfall. Heat is electric baseboard, no AC.
