Located just outside of downtown Boone, this charming apartment complex is close to ASU campus, and an AppalCART stop! This complex offers a 3 bedroom floor plans. The rooms are spacious and include a ceiling fan, large closet, and their own bathroom. Select ADA units may have one less bathroom. Each unit has a stacked washer/dryer, central heat, and A/C. Trapper's Keep 3 rents vary based on bedroom and are individual leases. In the 3-bedroom units, the bedrooms with an attached bath rent for $930 and the bedroom with the detached bath rents for $915. The security deposit is typically the same as the rent with a $75 administrative fee per tenant. The rental price includes standard wi-fi, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $60 for water and electricity. Free parking for tenants is available at this complex, with limited guest parking! Additionally, this complex is pet friendly for 1 pet per bedroom, so bring your furry friends along! There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30monthly pet rent.
