Only 2 available units remaining for August 2026 (both upstairs units)! Rent is $850/month. Rent includes water/sewer, trash pick up and lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi and electricity. These units do not include washer/dryer hookups. Pets are allowed (upon approval) with a pet fee of $30 per month per approved pet (limit 2 pets). Parking is included for tenants. Online rent payments and 12 month individual leases.
