Downstairs, you'll find two additional bonus rooms with an additional private deck access and a shared bathroom. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same as the rental amount with a $75 administrative fee per tenant. The rental rate includes well water & septic along with an on-site dumpster for trash disposal. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. These units are pet-friendly, so bring your furry friends along! There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Size and breed restrictions apply. Free parking for tenants is available at this complex, but there is no guest parking available. Central heat & air.
