Bathrooms have built in shelving for extra storage and, with not having to share a common bathroom, provide privacy for each tenant! A washer and dryer are included in each unit, along with two guest parking passes, so tenants can entertain friends and family in the center of Boone. Units rent for $1500-$1800, depending on whether the unit has been renovated, and are jointly leased. The security deposit is typically the same as the rental amount with a $75 administrative fee per tenant. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant, except for trash removal, as there is a dumpster onsite for trash disposal. Sorry, this property is not pet friendly.
