The bedroom has a double window to allow plenty of natural light, and the bathroom features tiled floors, a vanity with plenty of storage, and a tub/shower combo. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with water, sewer, and yard care are included in the monthly rent. There is no washer/dryer, nor hookups. This home is pet friendly, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Age and breed restrictions apply.
