Amenities were amazing. If you love the outdoors and water it's amazing. The area is more for athletic and outdoors people. The apartments were all right. saw the classic 2 bed which were cool but not as nice as we wanted. Looked at the modern model. It was nice but wish we could've seen a none model version.
