This unit host has a bathroom remodel, a professional deep clean + maintenance and a paint refresh. Unit is ready to go! We renovated this apartment years ago, with all new flooring, trim, doors, paint, appliances, windows, and fixtures! These units are cute cute cute and most of our tenants stay for years and years. Very nice (and very quiet) neighbors. There's a large (shared) back yard and a locking storage unit for each tenant. No carpet! Newer appliances. One cat OK. Owner takes care of lawn and pays Sewer and Trash. This unit comes with a stand alone AC unit for each which cools down the entire apartment. Tenants pay rent + $40 a month for the resident benefit package, power and $25 for water + any applicable pet fees and pet rent. We really prefer no dogs but will accept a dog if it's a legitimate service or ESA. Cats ok! 12 month lease to start. Please go to our website to apply.
