Apartment is 959 square feet. This bottom unit is ready to go and have you move-in right away. This unit has a patio with a sliding door right off of the Livingroom. VERY nice quiet neighbors. Each tenant has a storage off of their patio. Apartment comes with all kitchen appliances; electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and refrigerator. Washer and dryer hookups in designated laundry room off of the kitchen. Tenant provides their own washer and dryer. Each unit also comes with 1 covered carport assigned to you and there is open parking spaces available for your guests. Both bedrooms have their own walk-in closet and bathroom. Lots of windows for ample amount of daylight. No lawn care to have to deal with. Minutes from Downtown, Boise State University, and The Village in Meridian. Monthly rent: $1325.00 Deposit: $800.00 W/S/T: $55 billed each month Tenant responsible for power and gas No pets No smoking Renters insurance is required. Even though we have property insurance, it will not cover your personal belongings. Without renters' insurance, you would have to pay to replace your things if they were stolen in a burglary or damaged by a fire. Our office provides a plan for $13.00 a month or you can sign up for your own plan.
