Property
Management seems engaged and committed to providing a high quality rental experience. That's 5-stars. Unfortunately, the particular rental unit was unusually dirty and smelly, so that was about a 1-star. Management indicates they will remedy all those issues before move-in. The overall property provides all amenities you would expect in that price range and the price seems reasonable.
