This property has some of the most gorgeous views of downtown Birmingham/Forest Park/Highlands from the balconies and shared walkways. In addition, tenants enjoy a year-round open outdoor pool as well as multiple large covered parking lots and an on-site laundry facility. These units feature large bedrooms, living rooms, and a dining area. Select units have balconies! Helpful Info: *$55 application fee for each tenant (Requirements: 640+ credit score, income of 2.25x monthly rent, no evictions) *If co-signer is needed, they must fill out an application as well.
