This property features ample storage, carpet or vinyl flooring, and plenty of natural lighting for indoor plants. Select units have washer/dryer hookups, otherwise, there is laundry on-site. The Cliffs has on-site parking for tenants only. Residents are within walking distance of some of the area's many parks, golf courses, and tennis courts. A short driving distance will get residents to Forest Park with restaurants like Red Or White and The General. Lakeview, Downtown Birmingham, and Avondale are all also very close. Every unit at The Cliffs is a little different, so we suggest touring in person with a leasing agent before applying. New residents must set up their electric accounts with Alabama Power.
