Management
You can only have visitors 5 times per month if they drive a car (very prison like). Other wise its an added charge of 24 dollars for that month for every day that you go over that 5 days. Guest have the option of BUYING a permanent visitor parking pass to use however you like for 100.00 per year. If you live here, its an additional 75.00 per month for parking, per car. Even with all of that, their towing service is still itchy to tow however, so be prepared to be surprised when you or your guest wake up everyday. In addition to electricity, and gas, there is water and a separate sewer charge that is not included in the rent. There are various other "admin" fees that the office tries to sneak in every month. The pool has a random set of rules that include lifeguards that are not consistently available, thus the pool is mostly a beautiful attraction to LOOK at in the summer vs a feature to used by the residents even before COVID. The dog park is a joke, very muddy most of the time and barely any sunlight. Access door panels do not work, thus strangers get to walk freely through your building. and the garage doors work on periodical basis also. The complex is dark at nigh, as they refuse to replace the light bulbs in many of the light fixtures throughout the property to include the courtyards where many of the other features are located. The grills of the property do not work. In short, you are paying for the address only.
