Utilities are billed at a flat monthly rate of $125 for water, sewer, and garbage and will be posted directly to your tenant ledger. Residents are responsible for setting up electricity in their own name.
The community is pet-friendly, allowing up to two pets under 45 lbs. with approval and additional fees. Assistance and support animals are welcome with approval.
