Each unit features washer, dryer, dishwasher, private balcony or patio, decorative only fireplace, and electric heating. Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and garbage which will be directly posted to your tenant ledger. Tenants responsible for setting up electric into their name. One small pet (25 pounds or smaller) allowed with refundable deposit. Permitted parking is available in the parking lot on a first served bases or non-permit parking on the street. No guest or overflow parking available.
