All units come with maple cabinetry, full kitchen appliances including a dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, ample closet space, and spacious bathrooms. The building offers a secure entrance with FOB access to all floors, basement bike storage, storage cages, a lobby with mailboxes, and an elevator. A $30 per month fee per occupant covers water, sewer, garbage, and recycling, while tenants are responsible for electricity, internet, phone, and Wi-Fi. No pets are allowed, though service animals are permitted with verification. Parking is available on a limited basis in a neighboring parking lot for $70-$82 per month. Fees include a $60 screening fee per applicant, a $175 administrative fee at move-in, and renter's liability insurance at $13 per month (opt-out available with proof of coverage). A $250 holding deposit is required if the move-in date is more than 14 days after lease signing, deducted from the security deposit upon move-in, and non-refundable if applicants do not move in.
