Unwind in our inviting 2-floor courtyard or enjoy the breathtaking views from our rooftop lounge seating, complete with fire pit, TV, and gas grill. Other amenities include an exercise room, a media/community room, indoor mailboxes, secure package room, and elevator access. Our units are pet-friendly and offer an on-site dog washing station. Please note that tenants are responsible for all utilities, including electricity, water, sewer, and trash. With prior approval, pets (cats and dogs under 40lbs) are welcome, $500 Non-refundable fee, a $400 refundable deposit, and $50 pet rent. Assistance and Support Animals are also welcome upon approval. If you require parking, please be aware that our garage parking spaces are limited and available for rent at $75 per month. If additional parking is needed, tenants will need to find alternate parking, as onsite public street parking is limited with no designated guest parking available.
