Forced air electric heating, low-profile LED lighting and quartz windowsills add a little something extra, and all units are equipped with high-efficiency washers and dryers. Amenities consist of a playground, dog run and wash station, and indoor bike storage. All entrances are locked 24/7 with fob access for tenants. For your safety and peace of mind, we have exterior cameras and nightly security patrols. Tenants are responsible for water/sewer, electricity and phone/cable/internet.
