Apartments are cable/internet ready for hookup. Tenants are responsible for setting up electricity into their name. Water, sewer, and garbage will be billed directly to the tenant ledger. Sorry, no household pets. Assistance and Support Animals welcome upon approval! Each unit will receive 1 parking permit only. First come, first serve. No guest or overflow parking available.
