     Property

    The interior had leaves and deaf bugs in the front entrance and kitchen. The cabinets and kitchen appliances were clean though. The stairs were creaking loudly and they didn’t feel super sturdy. The top railing isn’t very secure. It felt like if someone applied too much pressure it might give. We loved the his and her sinks in the upstairs bedroom area. The carpet was dirty and had noticeable stains. It’s really a very cute spot it just needs some love and attention.

     Management

    The landlords son came to show us the property. He was very nice and welcoming. They seem like really nice people. Their son said he normally does the fixing up.
