If the score is lower, we do allow cosigners or 3 months' rent in advance. Setting your showing can be done right on our site, we will contact you for your showing. We require that all units be seen by the tenant or a representative of the tenant prior to renting. This can include video tours in some cases. Pet policy: $25 per pet each month-2 pet maximum- nonrefundable - pet fee. Cats are welcomed - 2 cats per unit are allowed. Dogs under 50lbs are welcome with proof of renters insurance. Unfortunately, due to insurance regulations, we are not able to allow the following breeds: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, Charpaes, Mastiffs, St Bernards, and any dog with a mature weight expecting to exceed 50 lbs. All dogs must be a minimum of 1 year in age. Please note: All our buildings are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside only.
