The property looked well maintained and the actual one bedroom and model two bedrooms I toured were in good shape. My only reservation is the high monthly water charge that isn't based on actual usage. A single person with low water usage would be subsidizing heavy users and families.

Great property, great amenities. Amenities I liked...elevators in buildings, 24 hour fitness center, pool. The pricing for 2 Bedroom was a bit out of my range.
