Welcome to Howell House! A small community of 55+ residents centrally located in Augusta. This secure building offers a peaceful environment with amenities such as a secure entrance, an elevator for easy access and a sprinkler system for added safety. There is a laundry room for tenant use. A large communal area features seating areas for socializing, playing games, or having a nice lunch with friends or other residents. Each unit features air conditioning, large windows for natural light, and a walk-in closet for ample storage space. For those expecting visitors, an easy to use intercom system allows you to speak to your visitor and unlock the front door for them from the comfort of your unit. The functional kitchen area is wheelchair friendly and and has a regular size stove for cooking personal meals or whipping up a dinner for family and friends. There is also a brand new stainless steel fridge! The cozy living area is large enough for a small dining set and a couch and chair. A spacious bedroom with a large walk in closet is located is off the living area. There is a large bathroom with several well placed grab bars for added peace of mind.
