The building is historical with lots of personality. It's more similar to a boutique hotel than a large apartment building. It's in downtown Astoria and totally walkable to everything including our famous Sunday Market only two blocks away. There are shared washer/dryers on the 2nd floor that use both quarters and the mobile app SHINE PAY. There is parking on the street or available spots in the garage below the building for an extra $100 per month. The rent for the unit is $1,150 plus a $1,200 deposit fee. Tenant pays power. Water included. It's a one-bedroom unit, approximately 600 square feet.
