Award-Winning Illahee Apartments will have a Columbia River View lower level unit one that is dog-friendly for pups under 18 lbs. This unit has two large bedrooms, updated bathroom, large living room with dining area opening to bright kitchens with upgraded appliances. All units have views of downtown Astoria and the Columbia River, in addition to private decks or patios, covered parking, on-site laundry and other amenities. Complex is well located, well maintained, and has private park. All upcoming units have some stairs between main door and entry to apartment. The design of the complex does not allow for elevators. The apartments are all single level- no stairs once you enter the unit. Rent is $1795. There is a $50 per pet month increase in the rent and a $500 per pet increase in the security deposit. 1 pet maximum. Tenants pay electricity and cable/internet if desired. All other utilities are included in rent. Security deposits are commensurate with level of rent and condition of unit and complex.
