Property
The apartment was very small and seemed over priced. There are several other apartments in the area that are cheaper and larger, with the same amenities. It seemed strange that no utilities were included, but all separate from the rent. Also, when we we opened the oven there was a problem closing it because the metal panel on the side wall was blocking it. We also were not a fan of the fact that the apartment was by the entrance to the building and there would probably be a lot of noise.

Kelly was very professional. Answered all of our questions honestly and had the viewpoint of being a tenant herself.
