    I loved the sq footage and floor plan of the one bedroom. I do not care for the additional monthly fees for pet and trash valet. Accounting for rent/fees/ins. And utilities, I'll be streched to the limit of my budget. From what I could tell, the property itself is lovely, clean and quiet
