Large size one bedroom apartment located on the ground floor. Most views are of Campbell Creek greenbelt. There are enormous trees, spacious lawn, and a fabulous bike trail. The apartment has a cosy kitchen to the left and a beautiful dining area. From the dining area, step down into the spacious living room. It has a huge window that allows ample light to come in. The bedroom is off of the dining room to the right. There is a laundry room onsite close to the apartment. These units are one of the largest in Anchorage. We are a smoke free and pet free building we can't make exceptions on this. We also do not accept housing assistance programs. All tenants must earn 3 times the monthly rent to qualify. All tenants pay for electric.
