Criminal histories involving weapons, drugs, violence, or any actions that pose a threat to the safety of the community, BREPM personnel, or property may result in denial. Each case is evaluated based on factors such as nature, severity, circumstances, and recency of the offense.
- Evictions: Any eviction within the last seven (7) years will result in an automatic denial.
- Renter's Insurance: Required prior to move-in.
- Housing Vouchers: This property does not accept AHFC, rent relief, or other housing assistance vouchers.
