Management

The agent is hard to communicate with. Doesn’t communicate in a timely manner. Replied with robotic text and emails. Address listed for business is a virtual office space. Told me in an email I would need 3 times monthly income to qualify for the rental property. He has not worked well and has been rude to my agent via email. Does not provide rental information. I don’t know it this is an actual realtor.

Property

It was listed as a 1 bedroom but, it was in fact a studio. There was no wall/divider separating what would be the "bedroom" from the living room and kitchen. It was beautiful but, deceiving.

Management

I followed the instructions on scheduling a viewing. I received an automated response stating the agent was not available and to select a different time... I did this about 3 times before Maria called me and stated "I can't be in 2 places at once, didn't you see the e-mail I sent?" WOW, actually no, I was following the instructions on the automated text messages during a workday and did not realize she was e-mailing. I do not access my personal e-mail during the day. I checked out the location in hopes that the property would make up for her (evidently having a bad day). This just wasn't going to be the right fit all around.
