This unit is located on the second floor of the building and has a deck. This unit is leasing for the 2025-26 lease year. Tenants are responsible for their electricity which is through the City of Ames. We include 2 parking spots with rent. There are garages on site that are available for rent. Availability is limited. Dogs and cats are allowed at this property. They require a one time pet fee of $250 and $50 pet rent per month. Pets MUST be approved by management before moving in. One pet permitted unless otherwise agreed upon with management. When applying, we require all tenants who plan to reside in the unit to submit their own applications. All applications must be submitted together. Units are not secured until all applications have been approved and the lease is signed.
