This unit features a private entrance and an attached 1 car garage. This unit is leasing for the 2025-26 lease year. Tenants are responsible for their electricity, water and heat through the City of Ames and Alliant Energy. We cover parking, lawn care, snow removal, internet, and garbage. Dogs and cats are allowed at this property. They require a one time fee of $250 and $50 pet rent per month. Pets MUST be approved by management before moving in. One pet is permitted unless otherwise agreed upon with management. When applying, we require all tenants who plan to reside in the unit to submit their own applications. All applications must be submitted together. Units are not secured until all applications have been approved and the lease is signed.
