Our Western Hills Apartments are located in West Ames right off of Lincoln Way and South Dakota. The studio, 1, and 2 bedroom apartments are right by two Cyride routes, and are a 5 minute drive to West Hy-Vee. The complex has open parking and coin-operated laundry in each building. Units come with a dishwasher, A/C, and garage. The landlord pays for gas (heat) and internet. Tenants are responsible for electricity and water/sewer only. Cats are allowed, pet fees will apply.
