Property
The unit is old, but quite clean, the kitchen and the bedrooms are small. There is not much storage, but you have a little linen closet. The washer and dryer are not in the unit but the agency is willing to ren them to you. The unit is not ideal for a family (unless you have a baby only) as there is no backyard but only a shared courtyard which is opened to the street. The neighbourhood is not the best of Albuquerque but it is not the worst either.
Management
The agent whom I spoke to was very nice and answered politely and professionally to all my questions. But she was 20min late hence only 3 stars
